Shredding proposal

We have been in the service of shredding since last 20 years and it is needless to mention that we extended the service to many corporate offices, banks and other large institutions. We are doing this service in confidential and secured way. Since you are one among our prestigious customers. We offered you the special price and hope we receive your favourable reply.
As requested by you we are providing three types of shredding services.
The details are given below:-

DESTRUCTION TYPE 1: Below 1.00ton - minimum freight charges Rs 750 of Rs.10 km to be borne by you. However the minimum charges will vary according to the location and place from where the documents are collected.The Labour charges are Rs.750 per head will be collected from you. The number of Labourers vary keeping in mind the volume of documents.

DESTRUCTION TYPE 2: Above 1.00ton to 3 tons freight as well as labour charges will be borne by us. The shredding may be supervised by one or two designated / authorised official from the concerned company. On completion of shredding, an authentic certificate with photo will be issued by us.

DESTRUCTION TYPE 3: Documents weighing above 3 tons and upto 100 tons shall be directly shredding & pulping. In this case, Documents Rs.1500 to 4500 per ton shall be paid to the company from where the documents are collected. However the rate payable per ton shall depends upon the quality of documents/paper sent for shredding. Over and above, freight as well as labour charges will be borne by us. On completion of pulping an authentic certificate along with photos will be issued by us.
