For the past 20 years, we have been dedicated to providing confidential document shredding services, extending our expertise to numerous corporate offices, banks, and large institutions. As per your request, we are providing a shredding proposal featuring three types of shredding services:
DESTRUCTION TYPE 1: For documents under 1.00 ton, minimum freight charges of Rs 750 for every 10 km will be your responsibility. However, these charges may vary based on the collection location. Labour charges are Rs.750 per worker and will depend on the volume of documents being shredded.
DESTRUCTION TYPE 2: For documents weighing between 1.00 ton and 3 tons, both freight and labour costs will be covered by us. The shredding process can be monitored by one or two authorized officials from your company. Upon completion, we will provide you with an authentic certificate along with photos as proof of the shredding.
DESTRUCTION TYPE 3: For documents exceeding 3 tons and up to 100 tons, we offer direct shredding and pulping services. The cost will range from Rs.1500 to 4500 per ton, depending on the quality of the documents sent for shredding, payable to the company from which the papers are collected. Additionally, freight and labour charges will be borne by us. After pulping, we will issue a certificate with photos to confirm the completion of the process.
